@UnitedAirlines Fail – Day 2

Day 1 :
- United was sent the letter posted previously on the site.

- Total inventory of stolen goods was taken, totaling around $991 USD.

Day 2 :

-After sending that letter to United notifying them of the situation, I promptly filed a police report with the Denver Police for my stolen goods. I have the police report number and will post it here as necessary.

-I’ve downloaded the proper United Airlines Missing Items Claim form, and filled it out appropriately, attaching all necessary information. This was faxed to them around 9:30AM this morning.

-I’ve downloaded the proper TSA Missing Items Claim form, and filled it out appropriately, attaching all necessary information. This was faxed to them around 9:30AM this morning.

Let’s see where this goes.

Apparently they will respond to the initial customer complaint letter within 5 days. It’s been 2.

The claims should be addressed withing 30-45 days if memory serves me properly.

Ball is in your court, United.
Are you gonna do the right thing?
